The
"Nickel A Mile" Program developed by Jerry
Noonan, CPA and President of Computerized Management
Systems, Inc., is a management program designed to obtain a
goal 5 cent per mile after tax profit and at least a 20%
return on invested capital.
The
Nickel A Mile program uses the Truckwin Dispatch and
Accounting software system of accounts to develop the
historical accounting data necessary to implement the
program.
The
Truckwin Accounting system summarizes all the key
transporation margins and cost control categories to
continually monitor breakeven points, targeted profit goals
and cash flow goals necessary to build a strong financial
statement for a transportation company.
