Enhancements for 2010

Below is a list of possible enhancements that were requested in 2009 for the 2010 version of Truckwin.  These are presently under review.

·         Ability to transmit 1099’s to IRS electronically

·         Ability to transmit W-2’s to IRS electronically

·         Safety Module built into Truckwin

·         Ability to hold two direct deposit account numbers for Drivers/Owner Operators

·         Ability to enter in default Fuel Surcharge rates for Owner Operators to bring from Freight Billing

·         Summary version of the Revenue Per Driver Report

·         Ability to print a confirmation from the Freight Billing Module

·         Enhancements made to the insurance section for Owner Operators

·         Ability to enter in a NON-Trip bill in Freight Billing (Quick Invoice)

·         Ability to PDF settlement sheets from Payroll

·         Ability to tie in standard deductions from Payroll with Accounts Payable (child support, dental insurance, etc)

·         Virtual Office:  Ability to host documents on www.truckwin32.com for drivers/owner operators to be able to log into and retrieve.  Examples: settlement sheets, payroll settlements, etc
